Don Quinn is a commercial real estate investor focused on acquiring value-add flex industrial and neighborhood retail properties across the Carolinas and Virginia. He built Overflow Commercial Real Estate around a straightforward approach: find good buildings in good markets, improve them, and create value that lasts.
Don brings 20+ years of business development, finance, and operations experience, including an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College. He is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he lives with his wife and two young children.
Tyler Burris
Relationship Manager — Raleigh, NC
Tyler Burris leads business development at Overflow Commercial Real Estate, specializing in identifying mutually beneficial opportunities between business owners looking to sell and commercial real estate investors. He builds relationships with owners, ensuring every conversation is met with responsiveness, discretion, and a focus on mutual fit.
Tyler brings over 10 years of experience proactively engaging business owners and executives across a range of industries. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, he has lived in six different states before settling in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he lives with his fiancée and son.
Alexandra Quinn
Operations & Investor Relations — Raleigh, NC
Alexandra Quinn leads operations at Overflow Commercial Real Estate and manages relationships with sellers and brokers across the Carolinas and Virginia. She plays a central role in sourcing commercial property acquisition opportunities and ensuring seamless coordination throughout every stage of a transaction.
Alexandra brings over a decade of consulting and operations experience spanning both the public and private sectors, having led projects for organizations including the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and USAID. She is also the founder of Fashion FWD, an organization focused on sustainability in the textile industry. Alexandra holds a B.S. in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University. Originally from Virginia, she now calls Raleigh, North Carolina home.
